University Planning Services & Projects
University Planning co-leads in the Capital Improvement Process with Design and Construction, manages University FlexSpace, handles all space planning requests, oversees Master Planning efforts, and Manages space on all of OHIO’s campuses.
Service Areas
The Office of University Planning supports the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University community through three main service areas.

Master Planning
University Planning develops long-range strategies and master plans to support the growth and transformation of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University's campuses by interrelating programmatic needs with physical facilities, infrastructure, systems and surroundings. Space Management
Space management is critical to the success of the University's academic mission. University Planning manages, updates and reports the space and building data for all of OHIO's campuses. Space management also includes managing requests for temporary use of campus space as well as maintaining and sharing campus maps.

Initiate a Project With Us
If you would like to work with the University Planning team on a project, please complete the project request form. Our team can assist you with finding additional space, releasing existing space or by providing recommendations to optimize space efficiency.
University FlexSpaces
University FlexSpaces are designated areas on campus that are made up of private, semi-private and open workstations for University employees to utilize. University Planning manages the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University FlexSpace initiative.
