Statehouse News Bureau Fellowship

The Statehouse News Bureau Fellowship is a one-semester internship opportunity for student journalists to report on the state government from Columbus, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. Fellows’ reporting may be published by any news organization, inside or outside Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, provided reports include a credit line that includes the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism’s name. Undergraduates from other colleges and universities if selected for the program may also register for the course as visiting Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University students. The course’s instructor is Thomas Suddes, Ph.D., an adjunct assistant professor who has more than 30 years of experience reporting or commenting on Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s government, budget and politics.
