In conjunction with the Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library and the Ross County Chapter of the NAACP, OHIO Chillicothe will host a program focused on the theme of African American Labor on Feb. 20.

This innovative scholarship provides veterans, transitioning military members, and their spouses with a unique opportunity to earn a teaching license and a master’s degree, fully funded with support from the ĢƵ Department of Education and Workforce and the ĢƵ Department of Job and Family Services.
