Susi Martinez

Impact Analyst

Susi Martinez, MPH, is a population health specialist with experience in mixed-methods research, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. With a focus on advancing health equity, Susi has worked across Latin America, Africa, and the United States to support community-centered initiatives in HIV prevention and treatment, reproductive health, and health systems strengthening. Susi is passionate about using research and evaluation methods to enhance the quality of social, economic, and health programs for populations lacking access to essential resources. Before joining the Voinovich School, Susi conducted research around inequities related to menstrual health and puberty education at Columbia University’s Gender, Adolescent Transitions & Environment (GATE) Program. Her prior work also includes coordinating community development projects and rural health programs in Nicaragua. Susi holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ State University.
