Leslie Hoylman
Project Manager, Partnership for Community Based Prevention
As a member of the Partnership for Community-Based Prevention, Leslie Hoylman works on behalf of the facilitation team providing assistance and support to partners throughout Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ including the Community Collective Impact Model for Change (CCIM4C) and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Children of Incarcerated Parents Initiative (CIP). Her previous experience includes program development and oversight, grants management, marketing and communication, and coalition work. Leslie is an Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Certified Prevention Specialist (OCPS) and holds a degree in Interdepartmental Communication, PR and Advertising from Elmhurst College.
