Sara Condrac
Sara Condrac's background is rooted in systems coordination with state and local government, communities, and families to address the individual and systemic needs of priority youth and families. Her history working with Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s child and family serving organizations has centered around child maltreatment prevention, pediatric behavioral health, wraparound service coordination, and community partnerships and initiatives. Sara is an independently licensed social worker (LISW-S) and currently works with statewide stakeholders through the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention and Promotion, housed at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University. Her commitment to fostering strategic partnerships and interdisciplinary collaboration underscores her mission to effect meaningful and sustainable change in the lives of those she serves.
