Spring semester course evaluations open on April 19, offering ĢƵ University students the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on full-term and short-term courses that end on May 3.

How to participate

The Blue course evaluation dashboard has been upgraded with a new look and improved navigation experience. When accessing the system, both students and instructors should select the "SAML" option for login rather than entering their OHIO username and password directly

Students

There are three different ways to access your course evaluations:

  1. Check your OHIO email: You will receive an email from the “Blue Course Evaluation System” with a direct link to the evaluations.
  2. Through Canvas: Use the “Account” link in to access “Course Evaluations”
  3. Access Blue directly online: Access evaluations directly by visiting the

  1. Promote evaluations:  Remind your students about the evaluation period and encourage them to participate. Explain how you utilize their feedback to enhance the course and teaching methods.
  2. Monitor response rates: Log in to the to view your course's response rates.
  3. Send reminders: Access the guide for tips on increasing student participation. 

Remember, all student responses are anonymous. Instructors will receive aggregated data without any identifying information. All students are encouraged to provide honest and respectful feedback that focuses on course content and instructional methods.
