The 2025-26 annual Benefits Open Enrollment period for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University employees is currently underway.

Open Enrollment is the one time each year OHIO employees can enroll or make changes to their benefits. Otherwise, changes may only be made if a qualifying family status change has occurred. Any enrollment changes made during the enrollment period will be effective July 1, 2025.

P&A Group to administer Flexible Spending Accounts

Beginning July 1, 2025 P&A Group will replace WageWorks/ Health Equity as the administrator of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University’s Flexible Spending Accounts. Visit the P&A Group Transition website to learn more. As a reminder, OHIO employees must enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts each plan year.

All employees are encouraged to access MPI to review their benefit elections and life insurance beneficiaries. If you do not want to make any changes to your health, dental, vision, life, or disability insurance plans, you do not need to take any action.  However, if you want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account you must log in and make that election each year. All changes are effective July 1, 2025.
