ĢƵ University’s College of Health Sciences and Professions creates partnership with Mt. San Jacinto College in Southern California

ĢƵ University’s College of Health Sciences and Professions is proud to announce its first articulation agreement in Southern California has been signed with Mt. San Jacinto College. The agreement creates a pathway for Mt. San Jacinto College nursing graduates to enroll in ĢƵ University through the online RN to BSN program.

“We are proud to have Mt. San Jacinto College as a partner. They do a wonderful job in preparing registered nurses and we are happy to be able to bring the next level of nursing education to their graduates,” said College of Health Sciences and Professions Dean Randy Leite.

OHIO’s School of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The RN to BSN program is ranked first in ĢƵ and seventh in the nation in terms of affordability. The School of Nursing is the most popular of its kind in ĢƵ and fifth most popular in the country.*

Mt. San Jacinto College’s Associate Degree Nursing Program is accredited by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN). For 2017-2018, the school’s ADN program had a NCLEX-RN pass rate of over 97 percent.

A general education guide and RN to BSN guide are available to help facilitate educational requirements for students.

“MSJC is honored to partner with ĢƵ University,” said Crystal Nasio, MSJC associate dean of nursing and allied health. “The reputation of their BSN program and the level of student support given to the students is outstanding. We know that this online option is affordable and flexible for the graduates.”

Deborah Henderson, director of OHIO’s School of Nursing, added, “We’re excited about our newest partnership and thrilled to add graduates from MSJC to our ranks at ĢƵ University!”
