OHIO seeks student input on Changing Campus Culture Survey

Dear Bobcats,

Calling all Bobcats! The ĢƵ Department of Higher Education (ODHE) and ĢƵ University need your participation in the 2018 “Changing Campus Culture Climate Benchmark Survey.” I am writing today to encourage you to take this short, confidential, , which ODHE requires all ĢƵ colleges and universities provide to their students.

The “Changing Campus Culture Climate Benchmark Survey” provides a common set of data points – benchmarks – from campuses across the state of ĢƵ that helps ODHE and ĢƵ colleges and universities, including ĢƵ University, better implement the ODHE’s Changing Campus Culture initiative.

This is the third year for the “Changing Campus Culture Climate Benchmark Survey.” This year’s ĢƵ University goal is 5,000 responses. That would be an increase from ĢƵ University’s 2,825 responses in 2017, and its 1,033 responses in 2016. If we reach our goal, all students will be entered to win one of three $75 Bobcat cash incentives.

In 2015, the ĢƵ Department of Higher Education (ODHE) created the Changing Campus Culture initiative to assist ĢƵ colleges and universities in working to prevent campus sexual violence. The information obtained through the Changing Campus Culture Initiative and this survey has already helped ODHE identify and provide resources to ĢƵ University and other campuses across ĢƵ that are having a positive impact.

Be part of the solution to end campus sexual violence. Take the survey by clicking on the link below:

4-year Publics:

The survey will be open through Saturday, May 5, 2018.

Sincerely,

Sara L. Trower
Executive Director and Title IX Coordinator
