CLDC’s March 28 JobFest to highlight part-time, on-campus, seasonal employment

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University students and alumni interested in exploring summer and on-campus work opportunities are invited to the Career and Leadership Development Center’s (CLDC) second annual JobFest.

A part-time, on-campus and seasonal employment fair, JobFest is scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, in Baker University Center 240/242. 

Last year’s inaugural JobFest featured employment opportunities from businesses that included Kroger, Lowe’s and Put-in-Bay Island Resorts, as well as offices at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University. Employers expected to participate in this year’s event include Recreation Unlimited, Boardwalk Family of Restaurants, and YMCA camps. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University offices scheduled to participate include the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Culinary Services and WellWorks.

To access a growing list of participating employers, students and alumni should log into their Bobcat CareerLink accounts. A final list of participating employers will be available on the CLDC’s event page one week prior to the event. 

JobFest is free and open to all Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University students and alumni. Pre-registration is not required but is encouraged and . Those who pre-register for the event will be provided a printed nametag.
