As previously announced, the 2025-26 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period begins today, April 15, 2025, and ends on May 7, 2025. 

The annual Benefits Open Enrollment period is currently scheduled for April 15, 2025, through May 7, 2025.

University leadership has updated the Vacation Leave Donation policy.  Effective immediately, eligible employees with less than one year of service may participate in a vacation leave donation program.

Beginning on March 24, 2025, OHIO employees will receive benefits assistance through TeamDynamix (TDX).

The University has partnered with CAPTRUST Financial Advisors to help employees improve their financial wellness.

 Discounts on pet insurance available through the AllOne Health (formerly Impact Solutions) discount marketplace website.

This week, University Human Resources will be mailing IRS Form 1095-C to employees who were eligible for health insurance benefits last year.

All Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University employees are invited to participate in an upcoming training session focused on identifying and responding to mental health in the workplace.

The Center for OHIO Employee Excellence is excited to announce three upcoming workshops. The Center has several workshops planned in collaboration with various campus partners, starting with the first of these partnerships featuring Mac Stricklen, the University Ombudsperson.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Human Resources introduced a new, streamlined performance management framework. Training sessions are available through March 11, 2025.
