Assistant Professor of Instruction

Lisa Martin is a member of the OHIO Honors Program faculty, teaching foundational courses as well as electives in mindfulness and ethical fashion. Prior to her appointment at OHIO, she served on the music education faculty at Bowling Green State University. Lisa’s current research interests center on learning environments in higher education, integrated wellness in academia, and all things music teacher education. She currently serves as the Academic Editor and Chair of the Music Educators Journal, and in her free time, she loves knitting, backpacking, and cooking.
