Forms and Guidelines
- New courses and changes or deletions of courses are submitted through using the appropriate form from the drop down list.
- Please provide a summary of proposed changes as well as justifications for any proposed changes using the text box provided at the top of the course change form.
- For dual listing a new graduate course with an existing undergraduate course in OCEAN, clearly state the dual-listing in the discussion tab along with the qualitative and quantitative expectations will be for grading of the graduate students in the course compared to the undergraduates.
- New experimental semester courses can be submitted using the Experimental Course Form. Note that experimental courses only require approval at the department/school and college levels.
