Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University was the first campus that Matthew toured, and also the last. One thing Matthew was interested in was finding a school whose size felt right – a college that was small enough to know and interact with many of the same people on daily basis, yet one with a large enough university to continually see new faces. This combination at OHIO, along with professors who were willing to help and a beautiful campus, created the perfect fit for Matthew.

Aside from classwork and serving as an Engineering Ambassador, Matthew invests most of his time as a leader of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Human Powered Vehicle Competition team. He is also a member of the Robe Leadership Institute, where he hopes to develop his leadership skills and techniques.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys hiking on the trails in the surrounding Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ region, as well as playing soccer and golf.
