Marci Shepard, PhD, EdD, is a multi-awarded educator, passionate about transforming education and closing equity gaps. Shepard is an Assistant Professor of Instruction for Educational Leadership and Director of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University Leadership Project which provides professional development and support to educational leaders across Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. She has served in diverse areas in Washington State and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ as superintendent, central office leader, school leader, and teacher. Shepard has been active in leadership in several state and national organizations.
