About

Rebecca Bryant, DNP, RN, FNP -BC completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Miami University in 1984. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing was completed in 1998 from University of Cincinnati, with a Master of Science/Family Nurse Practitioner obtained from Wright State University in 2000. In 2013, Rebecca completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wright State University.

Rebecca has worked as a nurse practitioner since 2000 in areas of rural family practice, urban fast track care, urgent care/occupational health, and state corrections medicine. She currently is the owner and practitioner of a house call practice providing primary care and chronic disease management to the rural elderly population in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. She is an Associate Professor at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University in the School of Nursing graduate programs in Athens, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. She is also the FNP program track lead, Chair of the Committee of Graduate Studies, and Bio Medical Research and Compliance member at the university. Research interests include self-care in chronic disease management, geriatric delivery care models, and palliative care.
