Bio

Julia Paxton is a Professor of Economics at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ University where she teaches classes on poverty, development economics, and altruism. She has worked on a number of microfinance research projects for the World Bank, the United Nations, USAID, and foreign governments. She holds a doctorate in Agricultural Economics, specializing in microfinance, from The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ State University.
